CAMPAIGN: Winter Campaign
Winter Aid – Rohingya
Thank you, together we raised £5,000
Send warmth this winter for the hundreds-of-thousands Rohingya people currently in IDP camps inside Myanmar Burma. Through the cold months of winter, temperatures drop severely, especially through the nights. Families who are living in camps constructed with bamboo and tin that are not well insulated will suffer from the cold and wet weather.
With your donations we were able to provide food and blankets to the needy for this winter.
“Whoever relieves a believer’s distress of the distressful aspects of this world, Allah will rescue him from a difficulty of the difficulties of the Hereafter. Whoever alleviates [the situation of] one in dire straits who cannot repay his debt, Allah will alleviate his lot in both this world and in the Hereafter. Whoever conceals [the faults of] a Muslim, Allah will conceal [his faults] in this life and the Hereafter. (Muslim)

Currently there are approximately 600,000 Rohingya living in IDP camps inside Myanmar Burma. They live under threat of genocide, with limited access to food, clean water and education.
We can all do our little bit to help as many of the Rohingya as possible. With your help, we can help give the Rohingya people hope and empowerment for a better future.
