Build a house in Jannah this Ramadhan
The Rohingya are a Muslim minority in Buddhist-majority Myanmar. Traditionally, most of them have lived in Myanmar’s Rakhine State, which borders Bangladesh.
This Ramadan, help build a masjid for the Rohingya people inside Myanmar’s Rakhine state.
There are still almost a million Rohingyan people still inside Myanmar.
Despite enduring unbearable hardship, the Rohingya nonetheless have remained steadfast in their Iman and Ibadah, an admirable feat.
Please donate generously and help us build a safe and comfortable place for Rohingya Muslims to pray their daily Ibaadah.
Sincere giving will oversee the building of the Masjid. Insha’Allah with your generous help and support we will be able to provide prayer facilities for our brothers and sisters in Myanmar Rakhine state.
“I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: ‘Whoever builds a masjid (mosque) in which the Name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build a house for him in Paradise.'” (Sahih)
Project Summary
The construction of this mosque will be built on a piece of land that has been endowed by a resident there. The construction area of the mosque is 30 feet long and 20 feet wide which can accommodate between 180 to 200 people.
With the construction of a mosque in this village, it will give a new light to the Muslim community there, especially in preparation for the month of Ramadan.
Wall of Mercy inside Masid Al Mu’minun
We have a special opportunity for 20 donors who wish to have their name, or their family name or a name of a loved one or even their business name added to the Wall of Mercy inside Masjid Al’Muminun. A share on the Wall of Mercy is £250 and this will go towards building the masjid and will serve as Sadaqa Jariya, the charity that keeps on giving!
