Donate your Zakat to Rohingya Families in Mynamar Burma
The Rohingya are a Muslim minority in Buddhist-majority Myanmar. Traditionally, most of them have lived in Myanmar’s Rakhine State, which borders Bangladesh.
Your Zakat donation will be sent directly to the poor and needy Rohingyan families. Your donation will enable the families to continue rebuilding their lives and have hope for the future.
In Myanmar, entire villages were burned to the ground, families were seperated and killed, and women and girls gang raped. Most of the people who escaped are now severly traumatised after witnessing such unspeakable atrocities.
These people are now living in refugee camps in Cox’s Bazar Bangladesh and a large portion remain living in IDP camps inside Burma.
